TALA 秉持透明原则，提醒所有参与者注意以下风险：

**市场风险** 加密资产价格波动剧烈，$TALA 与 $LALA 代币的市场价格可能大幅波动。历史表现不代表未来收益，参与者应做好资产可能贬值的心理准备。

**技术风险** 智能合约可能存在未被发现的漏洞。尽管将进行专业审计，但无法保证 100% 安全。区块链网络本身也面临共识攻击、网络拥堵等潜在风险。

**监管风险** 全球加密资产监管环境持续变化，部分司法管辖区可能对代币发行、交易、质押等行为实施限制。参与者应确保其参与行为符合所在地法律法规。

**流动性风险** $LALA 早期 DEX 流动性可能有限，大额交易可能导致显著价格滑点。$TALA 由于不开放任何 DEX/CEX 交易，仅支持协议内转账与社区 OTC，其流通完全依赖生态用户之间的议价内转，可能存在询价不透明、变现路径较窄等情况。

**项目执行风险** 路线图中的目标为预期计划，实际进展可能因技术、市场或其他不可预见因素而延迟或调整。
